Where our audit identifies contentious
issues, we represent you in the resolution of disputes. If required, we can
also support your lawyers in court or arbitration proceedings (see Litigation Support).

Portfolio Example - Claims Inspections:
A New Zealand company asked us to review
its Domestic claims arising out of the Canterbury earthquakes to ensure that
they were recovering the appropriate amount from their reinsurers. We were able
to identify additional recoveries of around $3.4 million (Australian) which had
not been previously identified.
